Age 3-4 Flag Football has been canceled due to weather 

Please check back by 4pm each weekday for any notices on park or facility closures and program cancellation for Grimes Parks and Recreation Department programs only. 

Rec Programs through the City
-Saturday cancellations are made by 8:00am and Sunday cancellations by 12pm for City Parks and Rec programs unless weather comes in afterwards.
-Check above for alert on weekday programs.
-Notifications are emailed out if enough time is allowed.  Will come in a bulk email so please make sure to check junk mail.
-Coaches of teams have helped spread the word by a group text or group email as well.
-Check social media- Facebook (Grimes Parks and Recreation) & Twitter for alerts.

Local Club Notifications
Please check these local sports club's websites for updates/closures on fields for weekdays/weekend. Please don't play or practice on fields with standing water or where you can see footprints in the dirty. Updated by 4pm each day for field status
